Where Do I Buy Evian Water In Australia

Craving (Madrid)

In this tiny restaurant (there are only 16 people maximum) in Calle Ferraz, Cesar Rodriguez and his wife delight its guests every day. They have an extensive menu, and luxurious decoration. Nor amenities such as parking. But they put all their love and dedication, and it shows. I recognize that Nacho, a friend of mine, I took the other day to dinner, I had never heard of Crave. But then as I began to investigate. Abraham César García was formed, and a little over two years was launched this adventure with his wife, who is responsible for the room.

As I said, the letter is very short. 4 starters, three meat and three fish. That's it. Snacks served us a chickpea casserole (very rich) along with a surprising and refreshing orange caipirinha.

incoming
We like ravioli in chicken fricassee with sorrel juice, parmesan cheese and sherry reduction. Different dish and very successful. Also a truffled grilled scallops on a light cream of leek and crispy veal hills. Also very rich, and also the perfect texture. Plenty of nose. We also carried out on the table oyster on algae, so they said, was very rich.

As main courses, we reviewed most of the letter. Fish, butter fish (remove Kabuki, I had not seen anywhere else) roasted garlic on garlic soup and salmon roe (a success) and roasted red mullet with udon noodles to romescu (also very accomplished). Among meats, a rack of venison steak with trumpets of death and cream ennogadas goat cheese (praise!) and tataki of beef tenderloin with mashed fresh oregano parsnips (rich, but normal). Also some partridges, which seemed less successful than the rest.

Rich desserts, highlighting a spectacular cheese. Good service, although the dining room, despite being tiny, it seems a bit soulless and cold.

Ouh ... babbo! (Madrid)

Squarcia
Bruno, actor and singer (now I would like to be involved in a musical with songs from the Dynamic Duo), gained fame for his role in The Exit Class. Been 11 years since it opened Luna Rossa in the capital, and some time ago embarked on this new adventure called Ouh ... babbo! Located in castiza Peral Street (just opposite the great Mexican is Between sigh and sigh), this pizzeria is a huge leap in quality compared to what we were used in the capital.

Yesterday we had a little contact, but again, regularly, even, and I'll keep updated. The menu is fairly large, with an interesting selection to choose from. Variety of pizzas, many pastas, and antipasti selected. We started with a burratta. How cool! He says Carlos, the waiter who served it Tuesday, and it rarely reaches the end of week. Showing. It is not easy to find this burratta in Madrid. The piece, of considerable size, is served on a bed of rucola, dried tomatoes and Parma ham. Exquisite!

continue with a white fetuccinni e nero. Pardon me tell you that was the best pasta I've tasted in my life. No hassle, al dente (but not really what they intend to sell in many places in Madrid), with black truffle and pine nuts. Very intense in flavor, can not be richer.

We could not sample the pizza. Many consider them the best of Madrid, and he may be (although you know that I also love Pulcinella ...). The secret is a stone oven to cook Campania. Previously pizzaiolo was Iranian. Now is filipino. Curious, no? But even more curious when you see the result. Very very thin dough and top quality raw materials. We tested the theoretically simple, the DOP is a pizza margherita with protected designation of origin made under the strict rules of that denomination. Undoubtedly highly recommended. Roasted and crunchy, but that can be bent without breaking. Real mozzarella, tomato with intense flavor. A delight!

ask for a tiramisu for dessert. In my opinion the only downside. It was not bad, but the cream is too dense, it was heavy rather than light and fluffy as it should be a good tiramisu.

service deserves a special mention and attention. Carlos, who has since opened, with his fellow room, under the masterful direction of Bruno, always attentive, make a visit to the restaurant in a delightful experience. Thanks also to have parking every night. As said earlier, again!

How to make the best gin and tonic, and Jose (Ca Sento)

ago For some time I recounted a recent visit to that great house that is Ca Sento. Those who know me and my readers know that I am a great admirer of his, and especially Jose, the sommelier. Unfortunately in recent times I get too many rumors that Raúl Aleixandre, chef, has a bit left the kitchen, and you are noticing. Hopefully this is only temporary.

In any case, the goal today was very different. Let me share with you a video that contains, in the words of Jose, the guide to prepare an authentic gin and tonic.

Hope you enjoy!

How Long Before My Trip Should I Tan

The Tasquita in front (Madrid)

Yesterday, the efforts of a good friend, Pipe Gaztelu, restaurants for teaching me that I do not know, took me back to the Tasquita in front. Good attempt on their part, but unfortunately I already knew this house that had for years but no go (to his credit, and teach for years, Benign House). Here, Juan Jose Lopez takes on the work of his father, and brings his good work as the owner and chef. Of course, its location in an increasingly decadent area of Madrid, forcing people to go only with great confidence. The quiet is that the dining experience is always good (price range) and therefore worth the effort. So yesterday, nice dinner for both the intrepid Pipe, my girlfriend and a couple great gourmets as well. As we shall see, good food, better drink, and unbeatable company.

started yesterday with a mild crumbled sausage, onion, spread on some strips of toasted focaccia bread. We continue with a salad of burrata (slightly truffle), very rich and on the basis of well-selected and aderazadas lettuce with aceto balsamico. Advised by the recommendation of the maitre, splendid steamed cockles and salicornia sake. Outstanding!

Two other starters completed the first section of dishes. Fresh sautéed mushrooms with parmesan (perfect combination) and a grilled squid on a bed of onions in the oven. The squid, lightly salted, was the weakest of all the starters we tried.

Yesterday, being lively, and treated this in a market restaurant, offering entrees was not very big. Mainly game (pigeon, woodcock), grouper, barbels and steak were the only options. We tried everything but the pigeon. The scholarship, in its own reduction, with beak and all, on a slice of bread soaked in the juice was perfect. It is not easy to find scholarship these days, and less well cooked. The barbels also very rich. The steak, though the meat was good, we have tasted better. Was accompanied by some chips in large slices, which were poorly made and we are not convinced.

To finish, a cheese board, all truffles. Let's review. Jacquy Tartuffete Congo (filled with white truffle cream, very creamy but too soft), a truffled Gouda conquered us all, a cure trifulin the truffle (very rich) and Brillat-Savarin Truffe already made our delight in our last visit to Gary Danko (see review in this Blog). Finally, as a note of color, a delicate des Bois, also Jacquy Congo, berries, we are not convinced but it was fun.

If we ate well, drank better. The wine list very good and reasonably priced. Gin and tonics after the appetizer (with Tanqueray and very well prepared), followed by a magnum of Vega Sicilia - Valvuena 1999, exceptional. This wine is always a safe bet. For cheeses, a white 2001 Coteaux du Layon Loire Valley, too sweet for cheese, but rich.

was as a good dining experience in every way. I was glad to see that this house is still eating very well (in fact, for food, come into my Top 10). However, I believe that neither the location nor local, justify the exorbitant prices. Without making reference to yesterday's dinner (which as I said, we drank a lot and a lot of quality), the average price, with a first, second, dessert and a plain little bottle of wine for two, not be less than € 75 per diner. In my opinion, overkill for a roadside stand Ballesta.

Covering Letter In A Beauty

Kabuki (Madrid)

Fashion Japanese restaurants is relatively recent in Madrid. Au remember that time, not so long ago, when almost the only Japanese quality in the capital was Suntory. But that's not the case, and there are several Japanese restaurants that deserve our attention. Of these, Kabuki is uniquely placed, having become one of the best places to eat around the capital, from the restaurants of any cuisine. And we just now reviewed the situation of Kabuki after the opening of its new premises in the Wellington Hotel on Calle Velázquez. Ricardo Sanz, alma mater of Kabuki, has left the leadership of the eldest house, moving to address the new location, leaving his pupil, Mario Payan, in front of the premises, with the invaluable support of Chelsea running flawlessly the room.

best in the house is placed in the hands of the sushi man. Something that now Mario can do, but not before Ricardo, as this meant a final score layer. But Mario is one of those professionals who are not. Serious, focused on his work, very regular, and also lovely.

On Wednesday we enjoyed a great party. We started with a bull tartar eels, exquisite. We continue with another treat, this time of spicy tuna. Exceptional. Then usuzukuri truffle.

Very rich nigiri kobe burger, and also the Hedgehog (although a bit strong for those who do not like too much the hedgehog). The cones, specialty of the house, were represented with some tuna temaki exceptional.

Another delicacy is the butterfish, in the form of nigiri with truffles. What a pity it is so difficult to find fish. The quail egg nigiri, with truffles, are another mark of the house that we should not try. Exquisite red shrimp, very tasty.

also tested two different futomakis, a fungus, and other crunchy eel that we never tire of eating. What a delight! The eel is again present in the form of nigiri, also very tasty, but much more surprising as futomaki.

The star arrived with four quail egg maki topped with Beluga caviar 000. The caviar in abundance, very cool. The combination unbeatable!

Finally, a kobe beef tenderloin fillet and little Indeed, it was delicious.

desserts just renewed, and for lovers of chocolate worth checking out the new chocolate (citrus, hazelnut, green tea, etc.).

room service, the best of Madrid. The final bill will depend largely on what is ordered. The maki of caviar and Kobe almost doubled the account, so you depend on consumer tastes.

In any case, we emphasize, one of the best addresses in Madrid. Always gets happy. Do not want to end without thanking Mario effort. Not only has he managed to Kabuki change is not affected by Ricardo Sanz the new location, but in my humble opinion, now eat even better. Congratulations Mario!

One final note, yesterday I repeat, on the occasion of Puente, Mario was on vacation. I would say the opposite, but unfortunately missed his presence. The dishes arrived worst of temperature, rice (the great secret of Kabuki) was not as perfect as we are accustomed, and quail eggs something greasy. Thankfully, Mario did not usually leave too ...

Teitu (Madrid)

Teitu Asturian cider is the financial heart of Madrid. Belongs to the Otero, who not long ago was synonymous with quality and craftsmanship, but has now fallen to the temptation of business versus quality. Epicure oter, Il Gusto, Gerardo, El Gran Barril, are all homes that we take very much other times when he ate a lot better. Teitu is no exception. A restaurant is crowded, impersonal, which leaves no room for any complications. But judging by how full it is, the formula in purely commercial terms, it works.

croquettes countrywomen, a little Mazacote, piquillo pepper confit, too greasy, or tortilla in the village, are some of the incoming recommended. Iberian ham, pretty good, and accompanied by toasted bread with tomato. The best practice.

The latter, as expected. Steak, grilled fish, stews Asturian cooking on the grill, etc.. Tenderloin, right. The grilled sole, a pretty cool piece, but came to the table greasy (which I can not understand a grilled fish ...).

Teitu is a brasserie with a claim, where the premium plus the amount of quality. If you're in the area, we can give it a try. But little more ...

The Committee (Madrid)

Photos like this on the left decorate the walls of this cozy restaurant located in the vicinity of Orense, in particular in the Plaza de San Amaro. Restaurant French court marking, has already become a classic in the capital, where the booking is essential, and not even the lack of space or tables are tight deter the faithful. The owner, French of course, welcomes its guests with a smile, and advised those who asked, with great wisdom and kindness.

A homemade chips, as before, we expect the table. The bread, warm and cuddly. At the suggestion of the day, a jumble of delicious mushrooms with poached egg. Perfect mushrooms. We still have a foie from the moors, together with raspberry jam. The foie exquisite, the best of Madrid. Jam seems like an unnecessary action that would at best ignore. We continue with a fried camembert wedges accompanied by currant coulis, if you paste here. Delicious too. Finally, one of the specialties of the case, the steak tartare accompanied by toast. What steak tartare richer!

As second, we also tested a little of everything, the result being roughly as good as the starters. A beef carpaccio with parmesan, correct (this is not the place to ask for a carpaccio, but hey ...); the classic duck, exquisite. A real success. Another recommended dish is the fresh pasta (fettuccine) with lobster. Very rich, but most prefer the pasta al dente, a very common failure in Madrid. Another suggestion of the day, a steak accompanied by mushrooms, pretty good too. Worse, a grilled hake, accompanied by fresh pasta and lobster sauce. Hake overcooked and dry. The pasta was rich but I am not convinced that a long stick with this dish ... Hake with lobster sauce? I do not know ...

know that I'm not really a dessert, but my obsession with chocolate known, but tried a crème brûlée that was quite rich. The wine has very good prices.

Good restaurant with a very pleasant, and which always looks good, although they have gone out of hand with prices lately.

Speech On Birthday Of Father

Astrid y Gaston (Madrid) BALBOA

sweet Madrid went through a period in terms of food is concerned. There are many novelties in the capital, and also the feeling that everything is full. No doubt that is the case of this restaurant, which has Nearly a year between us. Full house every day, which probably contributes to the exotic food, location and occupies a wonderful local restaurant. For those who do not know yet, it is Peruvian cuisine under the careful direction of Gaston Acurio, the genius of the cuisine, which now takes up positions in the competitive restaurant scene in Madrid, and makes it one of the best places we've seen recently.

The letter, incomprehensible, full of descriptions LF dishes that do not serve to clarify anything. So if we are not experts on Peruvian cuisine, we'll have to put in the hands of the maître. It is curious that it discourages other tasting menu immediately. What do you have then?

offer us an appetizer of warm bread (which, despite the announcement, was cool) and spicy cheese dip. We still have a number tartare with purple potato chip. The cake was very rich, very fresh and simply delicious. The ceviche and tiraditos are the star of the restaurant. We recommend a classic ceviche of sea bass with roasted corn and roasted sweet potatoes. Exquisite! I recommend eating with a spoon to taste good accompanying sauce, with hints of coriander and citrus.

As a second We strongly emphasized incoming call and potato croquettes. Yucca croquettes with cheese sauce and boiled potatoes Huancayo. Tremendous. But we could not prove it. The frost and bad boiled potatoes. The croquettes, chewy, formed a ball that no one could swallow.

Among the latter, we recommend re-let, and test a bird and a fish. The bird, a chicken chili with roasted potatoes, quail eggs and olive sauce. Rich flavor, but too heavy. Fish, a seared tuna with sweet potato pie. The tuna, after cooking, was very dry. Mix with sweet potato pie does nothing, on the contrary, it kills the taste of tuna and offers a sweet result that has nothing to do with what is expected of the plate.

not ventured to drink the wine and pisco we focus on the traditional pisco (€ 12) and a highly recommended maricucha pisco, much softer and fruity (also € 12). The correct and attentive service, but too cold.

Much of this restaurant I have heard in recent times. Now it seems that Peruvian cuisine is one of the great cuisines of the world. I beg to differ, although I have nothing against that wonderful country is Peru. For me personally I was disappointed Astrid y Gaston, and is not a place I fancy back. Less, having paid almost € 80 per person for dinner I describe here. But as I always say, for taste, colors ...

Where Can I Watch Henati Ainme

SOCIAL CLUB (Madrid)

Yesterday some friends invited us to dinner at Balboa Social Club, a new restaurant located in the Salamanca district, which has been open just over two months. How I love to try out the latest! Local

modern, colorful, young, carefree. The restaurant has two floors, but yesterday, given the scarcity of public (there were only two tables), the bottom was not open. With so little public is difficult to measure a restaurant. Issues such as kitchen or bathroom they have to measure them with more capacity. But at least we make a first approach to the new restaurant. Among the four people, different opinions. Yes, all agree that we went more or less. A pity. Unfortunately it is becoming more common than is desirable. Nice local, incoming correct, then main dishes without substance. But let

and in detail. The fairly extensive menu, although very bounded in paragraph fish. Cod only in two different preparations. We started as a starter with some scrambled eggs with ham. Very good eggs and fried potatoes exceptionally well. The ham maybe a little salty. We continue with some fried calamari, also good point batter and fried. Then some fried dumplings, which contributed nothing. Seemed pre-cooked (do not know if they were). To finish with the starters, a salad of spinach, warm goat cheese and pipes. A bit bland, dry, dull. He lacked seasoning, but the combination was good.

Already in the first courses, we tested each one slightly different. We started with a steak tartare. For my taste it on a point of sweetness that was the end, but it was our fault not comment when we gave it to prove. Nerveless, well-cut and seasoned. Very rich. Served with toast and a block of butter, which adds nothing and removes taste. After duck confit with tomato marmalade. After cooking, it was dry.

The other two courses, recommendations of the house. On the one hand, hamburger Social Club. Very good presentation rich potatoes (you have to appreciate that three of the dishes were accompanied by potatoes, and each prepared differently), but too much done, although he has asked very little done. Finally, sirloin Social Club. Accompanied by a reduction of wine and spices, the sauce gave it a rich and distinct flavor. However, the beef tenderloin was not as advertised, but two fillets slender and rather hard.

Among desserts, a chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate (right), a blueberry cheese cake (dry, no flavor) and the Social Club orange, an orange cut and prepared with caramelized skin cut into strips.

service, exceptional but as we said with only two tables to serve, is normal. The very cheap wine, but not too many references. In short, a restaurant should be better this year, although they are very inadequate. You can end positioning itself as a meeting point for young people, with its decor and reasonable prices. Long Gowns For Rent In Metro Manila

Xaman Ek (Madrid)

Yesterday we met the new representative Mexican cuisine in Madrid. The restaurant takes its name from the Mayan god who led the way for travelers. Located at the confluence of streets Alfonso XIII and Ramon y Cajal, in a small house painted red and orange Mexican, the place is nice and quite welcoming. However, as we shall see, still a long taxi to the location, and it shows too. As an example, not really very important but quite significant, the local business cards have the web site address corrected with tipp-ex, and then there is nothing above posted on this page. Rainfall has never been good at restoration, and do not understand how the owners of this local, experienced in the field (I have understood that they are the owners of Oral Compadre), are carried away by it.

The maître, formerly of the Lordship of Alcocer, is of little help because, as he admits he knows nothing of Mexican cuisine. Curious ... Neither seems to know the cocktail list, and is only able to offer a daisy. The range of Mexican beers is also too limited (only black model, peaceful and bohemian). The biggest surprise of the night came when the maitre d 'in front of us filled the bread basket for the table next to us taking the loaves with your hands. Very hygienic and professional!

But let's focus now on food. The letter not too extensive. Most of the names in Maya. We started with a cream cheese tarts with smoked salmon. Correct. We continue with "the sins of Xian", a crepe stuffed with squash blossoms and goat cheese, accompanied by green tomatillo marmalade. They were very rich, but do not shed much. We

tiradito k'aa a 'k naa'b, a kind of red tuna carpaccio with hibiscus. Too bland, and with an excess of red pepper, which was the only flavor that prevailed over the rest. Improved somewhat by adding a little lime.

main course, out of a letter, a secret Iberian pork, accompanied by tortillas. The tortillas, which had to claim, with almost ten minutes after the carnitas, unacceptable to a Mexican restaurant. Were purchased and reheated, as the waiter said. We ask that you take them, and brought us some corn somewhat better, although not to shoot rockets. The carnitas, quite spicy, too greasy. Accompanying a pasilla chile salsilla that will delight fans of strong sensations.

For dessert, a cake of corn (in Mexico is called corn in the ear of corn that is still in the plant that produced it, both mature and immature, or the one that was recently harvested and in which the grains are still keep natural moisture) cardamom ice cream and candied papaya far the best of all the food. The cake, which arrives at the table hot, goes well with cardamom ice cream. To finish, a pretty bad coffee pot.

a pity that the intent of this restaurant regards itself as the best Mexican cuisine in Madrid is this so poorly and improvised.

Lavinia (Madrid)

acknowledge I've been rather skeptical with regard to space Lavinia Gourmet recently opened in Madrid, probably the best wine shop in Europe. They had already tried before, but all attempts so far there were failures. The last bet is done by Angel García, that restless and versatile chef, who achieved a Michelin star Perpignan, and Madrid, in front of that great restaurant that was Lucullus (located on the premises now occupied by the beautiful but disappointing Italian it's Bice).

Angel has finally managed to give a different air space Lavinia gourmet, and the other day we found that, at least for now, his new venture is a success. Conceived as a French bistro, the menu is short, and is complemented by a slate with three suggestions that change over time.

Among the appetizers, caviar, canned fish (Ramón Peña, which is always a guarantee), Iberian ham Joselito (a pity to leave so badly cut), a salad, Catalan sausages, and as a suggestion about spaghetti with squid that we did not try.

As main dishes, highlights the choucroute garni, accompanied by sausage Frankfurt and shank (a dish made for her lovers - among whom I am not), a confit of duck with crispy roast potatoes and truffles (the confit too dry , albeit accompanied by potatoes improved), beef tenderloin with pepper tenderloin with garlic confit hare.

The cheese cart a little disappointed for what you would expect from Lavinia, but we must recognize that all we were served a great point. The pity is that with so little variety and you can not choose. Of course, the selection on offer included about 10 cheeses, much more than usual in most restaurants.

Among the desserts, several interesting options. Novel croquettes of rice pudding. For lovers of chocolate, chocolate disk sprinkle with cocoa. A delight, albeit a little pump. The dessert star, to be elected at the beginning of the meal, a cream puff pastry. Prepares for a minimum of two people.

Certainly we are not facing the best cuisine in the city, but has finally reached an interesting enough that if we add your offer wine, it becomes a place to consider. We can choose from any of the 4,500 wines available at the store, and drink in the restaurant at the same price at the store. A unique opportunity to enjoy excellent wines at very reasonable prices.

One thing to keep in mind is that useless or soda or beer.

Full Slips With Panties

Gary Danko (San Francisco)

How many times have we heard that that U.S. not eat well? Know that I am a regular in that country, and of course I am totally against this notion. What is more, there are sites that also have maintained a level that few places in the world are able to match. And Gary Danko is a clear example. I know not how many times I have been, but pass the dozen, and never let me down. This is a classic restaurant, located in North Point on the beautiful San Francisco (a city for who do not know, highly recommend ...). It is not easy to get reservation. He is always full, and the process of getting table is hard and tedious. But I assure you that the effort is amply rewarded.

In the entrance we received a very attentive service, which accompanies us to our table. Some classic decor with modern dyes. Impeccable service, attentive and charming, always willing to take a cable. On my last visit last week, I accompanied my good friend Jose Antonio, an enjoyer of fine cuisine, which did not yet know Gary Danko. He studied carefully the letter, I I watched him with that smile of one who knows that dinner will be a success. The system is simple, a fixed-price menu, which you can choose between taking 3, 4 or 5 dishes. We decided both by the choice of 4 dishes and share everything, so we got to choose.

As an aperitif, a light soup of potato and tomato, which augured a promising meal. In the first, a sweet corn soup, white truffle ravioli with black truffle on top. Chef Danko prepares only 2 weeks a year, and certainly worth trying. How wonderful! What flavors! The other starter, bluefin tuna sashimi with avocado and seaweed shingles. This is one of the star dishes Gary Danko, and never disappoints. Where will that tuna?

The section on fish, we both opted for the scallops gratin of creamed peas and served with raspberries. Giant scallops, with this sort of toughness that reflects that they are fresh, and whose strength disappears after the mouth, regándonos the senses with a splash of intense flavor and texture indescribable. Cream peas and mushrooms provide an interesting contrast, and the overall result is magnificent.

of meat, primarily a beef tenderloin with mushrooms and potato gratin. Excellent meat. A very clean piece, not a single nerve, with a perfect doneness. Melt in your mouth. He was accompanied by a sauce of beef broth and sherry, which undergoes a double reduction, obtaining an almost solid gelatin that melts when heated with the meat in a perfect marriage. Secondly, a duck breast with plum sauce and mashed carrots. Tender, flavorful, with just the right amount of fat. Exquisite.

Upon completion of the main courses, we enter a new section, the desserts, which here takes on a new dimension. We started for cheese, and ended with dessert star Gary Danko, a soufflé.

The cheese cart is amazing, with more than 30 teams brought in from halfway around the world. But what impresses is the path through them by the sommelier to guide us. After much hesitation, finally let us advise, and the result could not be better.

started with a classic, a Brie de Savoie, triple-cream Brillat-Savarin, named after the author's first known treatise on gastronomy, 1825, "The Physiology of Taste" - book I recommend to all goumets. After a Camembert Hudson River (and I did not know that in NY make camembert ...) that left us wanting more; Greyson, a cheese-inspired Virginia Italian Taleggio and finally Roaring 40's, a cheese Australian blue, originally from the Island of Tasmania. Takes its name from Parallel 40 and comes to hair. In the Parallel 40 hurricane winds arise that frighten sailors for strength, but ultimately did not prove to be as fierce as to cause the sinking of ships. It is the same with the cheese. The first contact with the mouth is powerful, wild. However, this first impression will soften to leave a certain freshness and sweetness.

For dessert, the classic of the house. A chocolate souffle, which complete the table with two creams, a bitter Belgian chocolate and a custard-like. How nice it is! It also has the ability to satisfy both your sweet tooth and chocolate lovers, and those who are not.

With coffee, a mignardises to match the rest.

Dinner get wet with the local wine Peay-La Bruno, 2004 - Syrah - Sonoma, Napa Valley. A wine with great body and high alcohol content (over 14 degrees) which was not bad, but overpriced when compared with the great English wines.

Dining at Gary Danko is an indescribable experience. Get the most difficult, everyone who comes here, comes with a smile. The key? There are many things together. A top quality materials, perfect preparation, a charming and atentísimo service, and a thousand details. Ultimately, you are fired with a copy of the menu and a plum cake for with breakfast the next day come back to remember how good you had for dinner last night.

Can Taking Iron Make You Shit

Aureole (New York)

had long wanted to see the new restaurant Charlie Palmer in New York, and last night I finally met . Located on the Upper East Side Just two blocks from Central Park, the restaurant is a local classic, divided into two floors.

begin with a snack of salmon strips of orange rind. Rich and refreshing. Then we went for the tasting menu, consisting of 5 dishes and two desserts. We started with a fine of tuna sashimi on a bed of endive and citrus. The sashimi was rather a small sample, and escarole dish predominated over everything else.

After lobster salad with artichokes, truffles and new potatoes. The nose, although sure it was Italian and fresh, was frozen and no flavor. Texture, seemed cardboard. The lobster, plastic. Difficult to catch a English seafood outside Spain ...

The best dish on the menu, a taco of grilled salmon with Provencal herbs, accompanied by a cream of sweet corn. Rich, crunchy and tasty. We

with foie, caramelized with vinegar, and served with a tomato and endive marmalade. Excessively greasy little accomplished, and without any interest.

Finally, some back of confit of duck with honey and carrots. Very cute duck, but not flavor. A pity.

For dessert, watermelon infusion of hail, with balls of tapioca. Curious, but without much emotion. Finally, a tarte tatin of apricots, blueberries and ginger, accompanied by vanilla ice cream.

finally turned out to be a disappointment this restaurant. The good and attentive service, but too heavy. The price proved too much for the results. Like wine, a Syrah from Sonoma (California, USA).

Summer on the Costa del Sol

Sorry. I know that I have a little left, but they go with the summer. And that I have not had too many holidays, not to say very few. As I said, last week I was in Marbella on the Costa del Sol The truth is that rather than focus on one restaurant, I wanted to review more.

started by one who is always a safe bet: Fernando, San Pedro de Alcantara (Avenida del Mar, San Pedro de Alcantara, Malaga 29678 - Tel: 952 784 641). In a pleasant terrace, we were served a salad of peppers (slightly spicy, but rich), some anchovies with lemon (extraordinary), mullet (the best we've made in a long time) and some heartburn, also very rich. Second, first bass and bream in salt to the back. The cool fresh sea bass, and a cooking point extraordinary. How wonderful sea bass! The snapper, also very accurate. We do not take dessert. Of course, the best fish of the Costa del Sol are served here. Average price 50 euros. Another visit

Typically Da Bruno Italian (Urb Marbella Sea LOCAL 1 - 29600 Marbella - Málaga - Tel: 952 85 75 21). There are several locations in the area of the chain, but certainly only recommend this place. This is an Italian pizzeria simple, unpretentious, but where they rule as a few art of pizza. The pizzaiolo, combined with a good wood oven, make scrumptious pizzas, thin and crispy dough. Pasta, also tasty, with a wide variety. Rico the carpaccio, but the mozzarella a little disappointed, not so fresh and flavorful as we would have liked. Well also the tiramisu. The service, mostly Italian, is friendly and attentive, though sometimes a bit overwhelmed by the influx of the public. Average price: 30 euros

Suite del Mar (Hotel Puente Romano - Carretera de Cádiz, Km 177 29602 Marbella - Tel: 95 282 0900), disco, beer garden and restaurant, is located in a privileged position. On the beach, the sea, directly opposite the Hotel Puente Romano, this is one of the trendiest places along the coast. Young and lively atmosphere, but predominantly foreign (Arab) above premises. Service of it but we've seen in a long time. Slow, overwhelmed, unprofessional, and nothing commensurate with the high price of the room. The menu is split between local cuisine (fish baked in salt, ...) and Asian. We tried a little of everything. In the section on sushi and sashimi, correct, but not even scream. We ordered a tuna teriyaki, and we were served a carpaccio of tuna saying it was the right dish ... The tuna sashimi, very rich and well cut. Salmon, a bit bland. Among the latter, tuna tartar, just right. On other visits we tried the salted fish (sea bass and sea bream), which although not bad, far from the quality and the point to get at other restaurants in the area. Desserts, sweet tooth focused. In short, this is more than a place to "see and be seen" and enjoy the atmosphere, place and location, which is a fine restaurant. Unconscionable price, 90 euros on average.

The Palm Alcaria (Carretera de Cádiz, km 167 - Urb El Paraiso (near the Hotel El Paraiso) - Estepona (Málaga) - Tel: 952 88 61 78) is a simple restaurant located on the outskirts of Estepona, in an old country mansion. In summer it has a nice terrace. The menu is quite extensive, Mediterranean cuisine with some French inspiration. Prices fairly restrained, especially for the area. Started with a gazpacho with cherries. Cool, but a little out of vinegar. changurro also some pancakes. Very rich, although a bit heavy. The lentil salad is one of the most recommended dishes on the menu. Among the latter, good meat, tasty shrimp in marinara sauce, sea bass with ginger confit and good roast duck. It is a nice site with a proper kitchen in a nice atmosphere and good prices.

Another classic, the Guadalmina BBQ (Urb Guadalmina Alta. CCGuadalmina, local 3-29670 San Pedro Alcantara - Malaga - Tel: + 34952883003). The letter, recently renovated, has added some new features. However, it is best to go to the classics: Basque entrants, such as peppers or a Weird croquettes stuffed squid, and steak and chips of a second. Good meat, quality, and the delicious touch that gives the grill. They just opened an Italian in the next door, belonging to the same owners. Must wait and see. Average price: 45 euros.

Finally, the surprise of the summer was found in Estepona. The Rada (Spain Avenida S / N, 29680 Estepona - Tel: 952 791 036) is specialized in seafood. Superb fried calamari, clams magnificent (for once, without soil!), The police, huge and spectacular (though some went a bit too dry for cooking) and the rich belly of bluefin tuna. The restaurant is not nice, huge, and looks like a site "weddings and baptisms" mediocre. However, the quality of fish and seafood they serve is worth the visit. Highly recommended. Average price: 75 euros

What Is The Symbolism In Cutting The Wedding Cake

Senzone (Sevilla)

Leveraging our recent visit to Seville, staying at the Hotel Las Casas del Rey de Baeza, we decided to enjoy this wonderful patio that shown in the image, and stay for dinner at Senzone restaurant. Hospes chain belonging to the hotel is a pleasant haven of tranquility and good treatment, which however was marred on several occasions for failure almost from beginning.

But let's focus on the objective of this blog, which is not other than restaurants (already planned a new blog about hotels, but all in time ...). The truth is that the environment makes you sit at the table willing to let you overtake. Quiet, pleasant, delightful temperature. The young but friendly service and very polite. Serving with gloves (what little is now and how I like it), always attentive to customer needs.

The letter has many pleasant surprises. At least in sight. Idyllic creations on paper, however, as we shall see, the final round not know enough. The dinner begins with a tasting of different salts with 5 oil: the Himalayas, spicy, black, etc. Interesting, and a nice touch. We shared 4 plates, which were more or less.

First, a cherry gazpacho with marinated sardines. Excess vinegar, which prevailed over any other flavor. Sardines full scale, unpleasant eating. Still, almost was the best dinner. After a salmon tartar foam melon. Best, melon foam. The onion tartar just knew that this was excessive. Salmon tasteless and low in comparison to the amount of onion.

As entrees, a pasta and fish. Like pasta, ravioli of mushrooms and truffles. The pasta was missing half a minute of cooking, and came completely cold to the table. Pretty rich flavor, and (rare s) were very nose. However, cold pasta loses too. Fish, a San Pedro, past, very old. It was dry, tasteless, indefinable texture. A horror. Given the success

decided to save the dessert. Sorry for the environment, rather than nice, but next time will come cenados. A pity ... Practical information

Ninas Follando Bideos

El Patio de Leo (Madrid )

are many comments, almost always good, they are read and hear about El Patio Alfonso Leo since it opened in 2004, so today I will try to add them all my view. Last night, family dinner in this house, located near Arturo Soria. By accessing the restaurant we found a small bar and reception. Also an area in which if necessary can reach to enable a small table. In front of the stairs coming down to dinner. Small, perhaps a bit cold.

We chose the small tasting menu (€ 42). There is another longer, but "Operation Bikini" requires ... As "amuse gueles" some plantain chips and cassava (delicious), a shot of creamed corn and squash (rather bland) and a stunning black pudding and spinach croquette, very smooth and creamy.

The menu started with a cherry Salmorejo tonic and ice cream parrochita marinade. I really was rich, different, refreshing in the summertime. My companions found it a bit cloying, too intense ... We still have a classic Alfonso, eggs poached in butter blush, potato and smoked bacon. A bomb! Tastes quite achieved, but too heavy and greasy, especially for dinner. Too much garlic predominates over any other flavor, which is not always is nice.

In the section on main dishes, a fish and a bird. Confit of tuna with seasoned crumbs, olive and anchovy foam. The tuna, cooked in oil, is soft, fluffy and juicy. Very rich. The additional crumbs olive and anchovy foam gives it a nice note and fun. A good dish resolved. Like a bird, painted supreme vanilla escabeche Bresse, celeriac puree and truffle salad. The point of the painting excellent. Very tasty and tender.

At dessert time, we ask a small change on the standard menu, we wanted to try the new dessert star Alfonso. And certainly worth it. It is a tower of sweet orange filled with mousse of coffee, wild strawberries and toffee honey orange and banana. A delicacy. This is one of the best desserts we've tested recently.

To highlight the service. Very helpful and professional. The presentation of the dishes spotless and all the different services and very showy. The wine list somewhat short in my opinion, and without adding many new features. We had bad luck. Our first two options did not have them available and just asking for a Petals 2005, Bierzo - Alvaro Palacios (€ 29). It has nothing to do with 2004. This is still undone.

The bill came to € 65 with wine, water, bread and VAT. Can you leave with the feeling that it is a little expensive, but worth it most. I think this is a promising restaurant that is worth knowing, but who undoubtedly still has a lot to say ... Practical information

Materials Used To Build Zulu Bee Hive Hut

Pulcinella (Madrid)

started This blog is high restaurant bills. But let us not forget either of those houses that achieve outstanding results, while containing the account. Double merit. This is the case of Pulcinella, undoubtedly the most authentic Italian Madrid. Those who know me know a little bit further that I had an Italian, so I understand enough of this type of cuisine, and I hope to give you an accurate view of this Trattoria.

Pulcinella is Regueros street, a small, steep street that runs between Bethlehem and Fernando VI. The restaurant has three separate rooms, one at street level, and the other two up four steps. The walls are brick, decorated with photos related to Italy (Sophia Loren, Capri, Positano, etc..). The tables are close together, and may be also a bit noisy, but gets the food story, outweigh these inconveniences. Now have two small tables in the street, but do not seem as comfortable in the world. Among the bartenders, dominated by Italians. The place is always packed (do not even think to go without reservation!), So it can sometimes be a bit slow, but his friendliness and kindness so far supplement. An Italian (Alberto) and Jerez (JuanMa), take care of every detail, and always know how to get everyone out happy.

As I said, the kitchen, truly Italian. Esepcial noteworthy is the mozzarella that arrives fresh every Thursday (Wednesday is often no longer exists), is the richest you can take. I recommend taking it as it comes to the table, or at most with a little oil and pepper. Also like all the provolone baked with tomato sauce. I recommend to ask for a focaccia on the side. Vitello Tonato Rico, very good salad of arugula and parmesan, and eggplant with tomato and cheese.

make pizzas in a wood oven, and it shows. Very thin dough, tomato first, and the edge chubby and fluffy. I recommend especially the arugula, tomato and mozzarella. So simple, that you can see the real quality of the pizza. However, based as it is so good for mass, a pizzaiolo first, and spices for quality, the rest is a matter of taste. All pizzas are rich. Perhaps the worse the calzone, but I admit that I'm not a big fan of that type of pizza.

Among the pastas, enocntraremos fresh pasta, dried and refilled. For me it is always forced to ask some spaghetti with tomato. It is very simple, but they seem straight out of the pan of a Sicilian mamma. The secret? Asking them to leave some whole tomatoes. So are even richer. Nearly all the pastas are rich, but I recommend having a little careful with pasta (especially stuffed) together cheese sauce. Become too heavy and cloying, and as the sauce cools, that there is no one to eat it. If you like spicy, with a spicy oil blends well with the pizzas and pastas. Yes, pica pica.

meats, a couple of simple things like strips of steak, not the specialty of the house, and I almost better focus on pastas and pizzas, which is really what they do here as anywhere else in Madrid .

Among the desserts, rich tiramisu, homemade, and very creamy. The ice cream is nothing special. The wine list, very focused on Italian references, but also filled with English classics. The wines equal the food, very well priced.

far the best and most authentic Italian Madrid, both environment and in kitchen. Prices very content, and it is easy to eat for € 25. The worst? It is difficult to park.

Etiquette Gay Sauna Etiquette For Gay Cruising?

Finally (Madrid)

Interesting formula that has this restaurant tucked away in a corner General at the end of Orgaz. The first thing that attracts attention when you arrive is just that, the location, layout of the bar, and the environment "colegueo you smell as you walk through the kitchen." We get Pepe

Quenco (member of the family who threw that big house that was Quenco unfortunately very deteriorated in recent times). Friendly and smiling, his voice still suffering from yesterday without excessive celebrations by his beloved Sevilla FC, Pepe greets people by name, and accompany clients to a tiny but cozy dining room. Without doubt, the customer is fixed, is young.

The formula for this restaurant, as I said, is very interesting. Snacks, appetizers, dessert and wine, fixed. Large selection of seconds to choose. Price, also fixed. For a very reasonable € 35 (included) gives us dinner.

At the table, snacks and wine are waiting. A visual game, yet I think food has cost some of his qualities, especially now in summer. As appetizers, a coat shrimp (the batter a little rough), a foie mi-cuit (elegant, refined, but loses a bit of consistency to stay at the table waiting for the guests) and gazpacho (a little too thick, but rich .)

In the section on main dishes, we tried a trap bluefin tuna with white rice and a fried hake in a sauce of cuttlefish. Tuna rich, but too fact (despite having specifically requested "almost raw"). Hake, looser than tuna, but at these prices you can not expect pintxo hake. Should work yes, a little baby squid sauce, too artificial.

For dessert, a fresh set of homemade sorbets (licorice, truffle, mandarin, etc.) With seasonal fruits. Like wine, Rioja Crianza 2001 proper, old-fashioned.

Pepe, who almost single-handedly takes care of the room, gives us, as it always does, with spirits, and we even put the glasses we asked.

In short, The End proves that you can eat right (even very good) for a very very tight. Return!

Ca Sento (Valencia)

second visit in less than a month at Ca Sento, and whenever we like. Raúl Aleixandre does a great job in front of this restaurant, but much of the credit has to share it with Jose, a sommelier who not only knows, but is also able to convey his love and passion for good wine.

This time we had developed a custom menu with two good friends who wanted to offer us. It was a feast, we enjoyed even beyond the three in the morning, and they joined in the cups Raul and Jose.

start with a date mussels in marinara sauce, so fresh that it still smelled of the Mediterranean. We with a codfish fritters garlic mayonnaise (fine, have always been a hallmark of this house), an anchovy with a light sauce of tomato and eggplant (how sad that they are running out of anchovies, because when you get to try an anchovy as Raul gave us, we feed you every day like anchovies) and two dates of the sea, this time raw. Perhaps this was the only one but at the dinner. Most of the guests found something tiresome to repeat dates, in a preparation also much more complicated because of its flavor too intense.

To continue the feast, red shrimp of Cadiz. You may think I exaggerate, but I think it was red shrimp tastiest I've eaten in my life. What taste! What color! What texture! What about cooking!

then mashed potatoes with caviar, served in martini glass. Light, subtle flavor lovesick. We were promised barnacles, but Raul did not consider that they have the appropriate quality, and replaced by a salt-crusted prawns, which earned much worth trying. The salt crust makes stew in their own juice, so they are tender and very tasty, with a texture almost a book. What point are you in this house to shellfish!

With the next dish came to us as with the barnacles. We were dreaming with tuna belly and on our last visit we were very pleasantly surprised. However, the genre received was not up to the house, and was replaced by a San Pedro with shrimp and red marrow with citrus sauce, iceberg and orange. I acknowledge that despite missing the belly, deserved much worth trying the San Pedro. Very interesting contrast of fish with the freshness of citrus.

Finally, without a doubt my favorite dish at Ca Sento, and a hymn to your geographical location: rice with grilled shrimp on the coast. The idea is simple, unfortunately not so much preparation. Prepare a rice pot, which is pretty sweet. Subsequently, on a plate very hot, spread a thin layer of the rice, forming a crust on the bottom layer. Quickly rolls, forming a cylinder, and presented. The result is a juicy rice with a layer of socarrat. Without doubt, the richest rice I have ever tasted.

dessert arrived, laughter and happy faces were evident in all of us, but not to tax we deserved tribute to dessert, chocolate ravioli with caramel ice cream and spices and vanilla air. Exquisite!

As you see, I dajado for the final paragraph of drinks, but not so I would minimize the importance it deserves. As Raúl us prepared a feast in the kitchen, Jose did not stay behind with his cellar, and drank at a level easy to match. For starters, all wines were Descorchados from seven in the evening and the glasses ENVIN.

started with a Jacques Selosse Brut Champagne, blanc de blancs, as the bottle reads "a avize pur vin, selon vintages assembles the pratique of the floor." That is, it is an aged Champagne Jerez boot. A delight for the palate, unfortunately almost impossible to achieve. We still have a Donnhoff
, Hermannshöhle riesling, 2005, trocken - very fruity white, exquisto, a perfect match perfectly with the seafood cuisine row of them. For fish and rice, a Clarendon Hills Romas amazing, 100% Grenache from Romas Vineyard - Australia. Tremendous nose, with nuances that change every minute. A treat for all senses.

For dessert, a Tokaji, Chateau Dereszla, 2000, 5 puttonyos - a superb climax to this dinner.

We can not forget the finishing touch. On the one hand, Cuba Havana cigars Cuaba lancer. What pure delicacy! Jose prepares as few know, and come to the table perfect. To accompany the famous gin and tonics Jose, prepared ginegra Millers, two mixed tonic (Schweppes and fever tree), limes from Brazil (very honest as Jose), and 80% ice osmosis with very little grain.

Every day is best eaten at Ca Sento, increasingly more refined preparation, and quality of raw materials, as always, the best from Spain. Therefore, from this week, Ca Sento further rises in my personal ranking. Can not wait to return! Practical information

A Husband Is Brestfeed By His Wife

Dominus (Madrid) in Cuenllas

The other day I organized a working lunch at Dominus, eager to know this "restaurant - wine bar" Carlos Maribona (famous food critic ABC) recently moved to their favorite restaurants in Madrid. Increasingly, I begin to think about the existence of some kind of hidden interests behind the chronic and opinions of professional critics, and my visit to Dominus reassured me about it. Precisely this has been one of the reasons for launching this blog. You can agree or disagree with my opinions, but at least you is the peace of mind I make my living with it, and therefore I guarantee my honesty and good faith. Anyway, the list of favorite Maribona Caros commenting, will be commented shortly on my part. I can agree with him on some positions, but the emergence of La Broche as No. 2 and Europe 3 Deco in the squeak while in itself invalidate the credibility of this classification.

I do not want to miss with these issues, so he shifted to Dominus, which is what concerns us today. The restaurant, managed by some "ex - Cuenllas", is in a small side street of Guzmán el Bueno, almost to the height of Alberto. We sat at a small private, pleasant enough, though the walls do not reach the ceiling and the noise in the room (too) easily penetrates.
At the suggestion of the maitre we chose tasting menu. The service is superb, even irritating, showing a bit forced and natural kindness, which comes to be unpleasant. Also we advise us in the wine. We served a Ribera del Duero, Maria Alonso del Yerro, which despite having obtained 98 points from Parker, was clearly not in the optimum point of consumption: too much acid, without, excessive tannins ...

started with a gazpacho, neither good nor bad, they just left us indifferent. We continued with a goat cheese salad with artichokes and roasted red peppers. Good presentation, and generally well balanced meal, but left feeling a little heavy at the end. We

with a golden squid grilled with truffle sauce over mashed potatoes and foie mi-cuit. A bomb! Bold flavors and mixtures dispersed. The squid pulling taffy, and all "swim" in various sauces. Even in the section on fish, a trap bluefin tuna, cream of onion, mashed sweet potatoes and peppers with vinaigrette Modena. Overdone tuna, and once again abusing sauces that add nothing to the dish but quite the opposite.

eat meat, an Iberian pork cheek scent of chamomile and served with beans, the latter hard, leathery and inedible. How could it be otherwise, all swimming back into sauce. The cheek itself was rich, but the rest of the dish was to return it. Still, all agree that had been the most decent food so far.

In closing, a hot soup of strawberries with reduced ice cream and olive oil. Rich ice cream, but without surprise. Strawberry soup would probably be better cooler, because temperature does not just fall right in the mouth. With coffee a mignardises, which were undoubtedly the best food. Very disappointing

this encounter with the work of Chef Antonio's Alamo. It will cost us give you a second chance. To make matters worse, the three guests were the next day indigestion.

Getting Brazilian Wax

Krug tasting (Madrid)

Last week we were invited to a tasting that American Express organized in Cuenllas Krug champagne. The event promised to be interesting. It was a tasting paired, only 10 people in Cuenllas, this traditional corner of the good work that had long not visited. We arrived a little late, so I missed the initial presentations. Still, I know the sommelier who ran the tasting was Javier, head of LVMH Group.

Around a long table in a small cave Cuenllas private, and after a somewhat simplistic explanation of the alleged differences with respect to other Krug champagnes, enter the field. The first surprise came to us from the hands of Javier, who told us to decant (yes, decant!) More vintage champagnes, as the last two days that we were going to taste. Loses lot of magic, but it is true that the gains in aroma and flavor.

started with a Krug Grand Cuvée. A fruity champagne, as peak, well balanced with little acidity. With the Grand Cuvée we were served oysters with sea water jelly and lemon grass. Rich oyster, although the predominant lemongrass him and ate too much of role to the oyster.

Here is a Krug 1995, after decanting, we tasted. Too much acid, even without curiosity. Yes predominant notes of melon and peach. Slightly woody. We accompany a sea bass ceviche, quite wealthy, but some pieces are not very well cut.

Finally, we were promised a Krug Rosé, which however was eventually replaced by Krug 1989, a jewel on the paper, which however ended in the mouth a little disappointed. Beautiful color (gold very intense, almost to Oak), but notes acidic and poorly defined. To accompany it, a curious building Cuenllas; millefeuille Iberian pork jowl, apple, morel mushrooms and egg yolk. It was not bad, but you know I'm no friend of these mixtures as explosive, in the end you do not know what you're eating.

Finally, an interesting event, well organized, however ended up being a bit disappointed by the level of drinking and eating.

I Enjoy Groping In Bus

L'Estimat (Valencia)

that lasts a long time senseless debate about where to set the best rice in Spain. Madrid is probably in Samm 2 (we'll talk another day of this house) and Benign House (which we discussed last week). But undoubtedly, is in Valencia where they mastered the art of rice. In Valencia city, two are in my opinion the great masters, Ca Sento (as you can see, in my opinion one of the best restaurants in Spain) and L'Estimat much less ambitious, I could go back a couple of weeks.

L'Estimat
is in the Malvarrosa Beach, adjacent to the new Port America's Cup. Delnate the beach there are numerous bars of rice, many of them with a traditional name in Valencia. The Pepic, La Rosa, etc. However, L'Estimat for me remains the undisputed leader of them all.

On our last visit, a small table on the terrace at the edge of the beach, and with the added attraction of having the background training America's Cup. For starters, a Valencian salad with tasty products and first calidad.

For dessert, some strawberries and cream, which seemed freshly picked. Exquisite.

As always, great salad and rice, and a friendly and attentive service. For me, a must every time I go to Valencia. Of course, the paella out small portions, so I recommend asking for some extra helping if you're hungry. I, for example, I 3 servings for 2 people, but you know that I am a good eater ...

Lakme Pancake Cosmetic

Notes to the Dry Martini, Fernando Martín-Laborda

Some notes on article

Dry Martini ... First I must apologize Javier and I handed incomplete I'll take notes about the "silver bullet."

Indeed, forgot to mention the last step, one that even changes his name to our beloved cocktail. So, after pouring the mixture and having and drinking in the glass you can either give it a twist of lemon, or add some olives or a few onions.

The classic choice is the "twist of lemon. I ask permission, and forgiveness at the same time to introduce this anglicized as though I am not given to these orders which can be grammatical know the English word to define what the skin of the lemon is as follows: It should be peeled (recommended with a potato peeler), the skin of a lemon, once again first class, across the lemon, ie making a geographical metaphor, in the sense of the meridians are not parallel. Once this will be cut into three or four pieces and fold (SEF) on top of the cup, with a firm blow so that the skin fades citrus leading into the skin (which as you know is the aroma of lemon over it) this action should be repeated with about three pieces of skin cut, the first piece is left in the bottom of the cocktail and the rest are discarded after of having touched the edge of the cup with them to soak up the aroma.

The second option, but as popular or more, is the olive. The only assumptions here are as follows: The olives should be on the bone, the brine should be cleaned before entering into the cocktail and should NEVER be filled. That said the amount to be placed on the flag stick or vary depending on the drinker here is no objection to the request but of an olive.

The latest variant of the onions, called Gibson, is a dry martini with onions is a GIBSON, like the olives must be cleaned and the amount depends on the drinker.
